The Fair Trade African Angel Keepsake is made by members of the Batsiranai Craft Project, a cooperative of mothers with disabled children living in Dzivarasekwa township in Zimbabwe. Their faces and hair are hand-embroidered and the dolls are dressed in all white, with hand-beaded aprons. Each doll is one-of-a-kind.
