Keep your head warm with this chullo (hat)?soft alpaca wool at its best! The chullo is made by the indigenous people who live in the Andes Mountains of Bolivia and Peru.

Alpacas are a domesticated member of the camel family and were treasured by the Inca civilization. Together with their close relatives, the llamas, alpacas have provided clothing and companionship as domesticated animals for the last 5,000 years. Alpacas are sheared once a year, and their wool is spun into yarn, which is knitted into the finished products. Finally, it is brushed or carded to give it the fuzzy, soft texture.
