(All Coffees are Fair Trade, Organic and Kosher) Besides only roasting organic and Kosher coffees Dean's Beans only purchases beans from small farmers and cooperatives (largely made up of indigenous peoples working hard to maintain their culture and lifestyles) and importers that are committed to Fair Trade. They are working towards better economic opportunity, as well as improved health and nutrition for the people of their villages. Dean's Beans does not buy beans from large estates and farms.

Aztec Two-Step: (12oz. whole bean) A delightful blend of light and dark roasted Mexican Altura Oaxaca and Chiapas beans. Smooth and nutty, with a bold finish. Decaf also available.

Colombian : (12oz. whole bean) A velvet roast, full-bodied bean from the Cosurca Cooperative in Popayan. The standard by which all other coffees are judged.

Italian Espresso Roast : (12oz. whole bean) Our high-grown Costa Rican beans provide a rich, hearty flavor, analogous to a good burgundy. Pungent acidity and a robust, full body.

Moka Sumatra: (12oz. whole bean) Combines the dry, rich cocoa undertones of hard bean Nicaraguan (in French Roast) and the full body of Indonesian Sumatran. Their best seller, feels like silk on your palate. Wow!

Oromia Blend : (12oz. whole bean) From Ethiopia- the birthplace of the bean. A dark,wild blend of the best Yirgacheffe and Sidamo.

Nicaraguan French Roast : (12oz. whole bean) A strong and exceptionally smooth cup of coffee from the region of Matagalpa. Medium body and slightly dry.

Sumatran French Roast : (12oz. whole bean) From Indonesia, probably the most full-bodied coffee in the world. A deep, earthy brew with moderate acidity and yet a spicy verve. Intriguing.
