Fair Trade promotes community development, health and childcare, education and literacy training, and environmental stewardship. 3. How do I place my order? The best way to place a corporate gift order is to contact our Gift Helper so you can receive personalized, immediate service. You can also call us at 1-800-505-4410. 4. What holiday packaging options are available? We can create customized Gift Baskets and/or Gift Boxes. Gift Baskets are filled with krinkle and wrapped in 100% biodegradable cellophane wrapping, then tied off with a big colorful bow. Our Gift Box option (pictured above) is a 100% recycled Kraft Box wrapped with colorful raffia ribbon. Both gift options arrive beautifully packaged and ready to open! 5. Can you incorporate our company logo into gifts? We would be glad to have your logo printed onto each holiday card, along with your personalized gift message. 6. What is the turn around time for orders, including shipping time? Orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail. Orders placed online usually ship within 24 hours, not including weekends and holidays. For customized orders, once the order is placed, gifts usually ship within 1-5 business days. Once shipped, UPS Ground takes approximately 3-5 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping, including 2nd day and overnight options, are available upon request. 7. How do I calculate the cost of each customized gift, including shipping and handling? For customized orders, contact our Gift Helper who will be happy to assist you through the simple ordering process and provide you with a complete cost estimate, including shipping and handling. 8. What are your most popular gift items? We carry hundreds of products. Among our most popular are our gift baskets, gift packs, coffee and chocolate in general, and bath and body products. 9. Is there a minimum order requirement? No order is too small. Every Global Exchange gift purchase helps improve the lives of Fair Trade producers. 10. I need to order multiple gifts, each to ship to a different location. Can you ship to more than one address? Absolutely! All we need are the names and addresses, and we'll take care of the rest.
