Description   A functional, fun and colorfully dyed cruelty-free leather money bank, made from leather taken from animals that died naturally. Each money bank has a coin slot and a snap closure, to easily get at your savings and is hand made. Choose from 3 different animal designs, each one hand embossed: Elephant, Cat or T-Rex. The coin in the picture is to show scale and is a quarter piece. The money banks are made in Rajasthan, India, an area that is mostly vegetarian and where animals are great assets around the households. Killing these animals for their skin does not make economic sense, however the leather is used to make these crafts when the animal has died naturally. This group provides training and sustainable employment, fair wages and good working conditions, enabling these artisans to send their children to good schools and provide for their families.
