Description   A deep 12" salad bowl, big enough to hold salad for the whole family of several guests. Hand made and painted in Tunisia. 100% hand-made and hand-painted it is food, dishwasher and microwave safe. A contemporary take on tradition, this "Sabrine" pattern displays intricate details fusing the Spanish-Moorish art form. Made in a studio/workshop where artisans work in safe, healthy working conditions and receive above-standard benefits, including 13th month salary for Ramadan and an additional bonus for Aid al-Adha, an important Muslim holiday. As each piece is hand formed and painted, sometimes small imperfections in the glaze can be found.
