The boat bowl is a unique and funky bowl shaped like the hull of a boat and made entirely of recycled magazines! Great as a fruit bowl, or put a napkin inside and fill with chips!

Due to the nature of the materials colors vary with each magazine print, making it a unique bowl.

How its Made:The paper is first cut and then folded into long strips which are soaked in glue and dried. Once dry it is hand coiled, piece by piece until the desired shape is completed. Not intended for food or water.

About the Project: This product is part of a program aimed at helping street children and various other social work projects in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It is an income generator and education project for poor and neglected children, adolescents and poor women. It also provides appropriate training and promotes self-reliance for disadvantaged families and people of ethnic minorities.
